Refund policy
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are really confident that you will love your new LolaSilk hair, but if for any reason you need to return any of our products, please rest assured that we will assist you in every step of the way.
You are allowed to return or exchange any of our products within 7 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original packaging with the tag attached to the product and intact, unworn (including no perfume or sweat smell), unwashed and undamaged. Weaves, bundles and extensions must remain sealed and rolled. As soon as we receive the product back at our warehouse it will go through inspection to confirm that the product is in perfect conditions.
In case there is any quality issue or wrong delivery from our side we will organize collection and delivery of a new product.
If you simply wish to return or exchange for any other reason, you will be able to send it back to us and we will issue you a credit voucher that will be valid for 6 (six) months, so you can pick another product of your choice. Just make sure you can track your parcel back to us as we won’t be able to issue you your credit if we never receive the returned product.
Please notify us on admin@lolasilk.co.za in case you need to communicate any returns.
Important: There will be no refunds or exchanges for free products or gifts or for products ordered with more than 7 day before the day of the notification
Just remember that should the product be damaged, washed, unrolled, the seal broken and/or the tags removed, your return won't be approved, but you will be able to collect the product back from our warehouse or it can be shipped back to you at an additional fee/cost.
