Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY POLICY

 

Shipping is completely free for all orders above R450,00 

All orders received will be shipped within 1 working day. 

 

After dispatch from our warehouse, your order might take from 1 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on the location. 

We try to minimize any possible delays in this process by always choosing the most reliable courier companies in South Africa and we always provide you with a tracking number, so you always know what is happening.

 

Should your delivery be urgent, please contact us as soon as you place your order so we can analyse the possibility of urgent deliveries (with possible additional costs) or alternatively you can collect your order at our office.

 

Unless specified otherwise, we will dispatch orders via post or courier.

 

When providing your shipping address, please ensure that there will be someone available to accept deliveries.

 

If you are buying from abroad, please contact us at admin@lolasilk.co.za before you place our order, so we can calculate the shipping costs. Also, please note that:

 

• The Customer warrants that it is in compliance with all laws applicable;
• The Customer will be charged additional courier rates and other charges as may be applicable to the order.
• Lolasilk shall not be liable for any statutory tariffs or taxes.
