Where are you based?

‎We are based in Kempton Park (Gauteng). Ynfortunately we don’t have a walk-in store. We are mainly an online store. If you want to see the products before your purchase we can book a meeting with you at our warehouse in Kempton Park (Mon- Fri 9am - 4pm). We also offer free shipping and free returns in case you are not happy with the product when you receive it.

What is the difference between Lolasilk and other hair in the market?

Lolasilk is the silkiest hair. Pass your fingers through the hair and you will be able to feel the difference. Apart from the silkiness, you will notice that Lolasilk is completely natural in appearance because of its healthy glow and color. Not too shiny…or dull…it’s just right.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping normally takes up to 4 days. We are based in Kempton Park, so Gauteng orders will take 1-2 days.

What is "Buy Now. Pay Later"

Hi, good day. We have 4 options of “Buy Now” pay later connected to our online store (PayFlex, PayJustNow, Float and Mobicred). You can choose any option as your preferred payment method at our check-out. You will be able to split your payments into zero-interest installments. What is the payment method called Float?

You can choose Float at checkout to split your payments up to 4 months using your credit card. No application is needed. It is automatically approved at check-out.

What if I am not happy with the product when I receive it?

Shipping is completely FREE anywhere in South Africa.

How long will the hair last?
