LolaSilk Layby T&Cs
Activate your LayBy plan by paying the 10% non-refundable deposit. This will be 10% of your total order value.
The remaining balance will be paid down in 3 equal monthly instalments (zero interest). All payments should be done on the 1st day of each month.
Let's say you want to buy a new wig of R1000.00 on the 20th of June. Your payment plan will look like this:
2Oth June - non-refundable payment of R100,00 to activate your plan
1st July - R300,00 payment
1st Aug - R300,00 payment
1st Sept - R300,00 payment
How to apply
Fill in the form below: Full name, Preferred name, email, date of birth, Cellphone number, ID or passport, Full address, Whatsapp Number and the products you want to buy
You will receive a link for payment of your non-refundable deposit by email
As soon as you make your payment you will receive a confirmation of the activation of your LayBy plan.
You will receive a reminder by email of your next payment 5 days before (on the 25th of each month) it is due

T&Cs
LayBy cancellation - LolaSilk will revert the amount paid by the client up to the cancellation day (excluding the non-refundable deposit) using the same payment method you used to pay for the instalments
Products will be delivered after full payment of the LayBy plan (Option of Pick-up or Free delivery)
Payment method: you will receive a payment link that allows you to pay via Instant EFT or Credit/Debit card.
If the LayBy cancellation is made by LolaSilk due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a refund of the full amount paid (including the non-refundable deposit)

As soon as your plan is activated, LolaSilk will separate your products until all instalments have been paid. In case of missing the payment of one instalment, LolaSilk will split the missed instalment value in the remaining future instalments but the products will no longer be reserved:
If, by the time you finish paying for your Layby plan, one or more products of your order are out of stock, LolaSilk will reimburse you the full amount for the product(s) that are out of stock (including the non-refundable deposit for the specific product(s)
The order value of your LayBy plan will be set on the day that you apply for your LayBy plan and can't be changed in the future, even if this item has a reduction in price due to sales and specials.
By entering into a LayBy agreement with LolaSilk, you are giving LolaSilk permission to store your personal information and a safe and responsible way in accordance with the POPI Act.
